I had the good fortune of living a couple of doors down from Jason and his family. My situation was that we had sold our home privately and at the 11th hour the deal fell through. So, now we were in a bit of a pickle, fortunately, Jason came to the rescue. With his sage advice, we were able to prepare our property to list in short order. Jason and his photographer scheduled a photoshoot. When we saw the listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really shone. The listing looked amazing. The day of listing we had 1 viewing, which resulted in an offer the next morning. We had already received requests for more viewings the second day.
So, we waited to accept the offer until after the other viewings. We had multiple offers, and we accepted one offer slightly above our listed price.
Our house sold 2 days after listing. Jason also helped us with finding a real estate lawyer; who was exceptional as well. Jason is incredibly friendly and helpful, and he walked us through every step of the process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
If you need a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Jason. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. My only regret is that I am no longer his neighbour. Truly a fine and honorable man.

We found Janet on-line, she was quick to reply via email that we were looking for a realtor.

In dealing with Ivan I must say it was the video he did on the Queen Mary Park condo that spoke to me and something clicked in saying I needed to live there. He is always available for questions and promptly advised me of showings of my house of my house in plenty of time for me to get prepared and out in time. He Passed along the feedback from the showings promptly since I had wanted to know what people were saying and what the interest level was. He is easy to communicate with and knowledgeable on how the various steps in buying and selling occur.

Jarred was recommended to us, by a friend, to help with our search for a condo to use in the future as a retirement property. He was very professional and provided us with a lot of useful details and knowledge, as well as being incredibly personable and easy going to make the process as stress free as possible. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had whether it was before, during or after the buying process. He was extremely accommodating and was always available to us whether we needed to text, call or see him in person. There was never any pressure when looking at a place, in fact the opposite is true in that he stated multiple times about how it is about finding the right place and not settling for something. Initially Where used Janet For the purchase of our first home. We then a year later had to sell the home And move to a new one. So Janet helped us purchase a new home and sell the home that we were living in.
She was very patient with us when buying our first home, walked us through everything and told us what it would be like. Then she was helpful when we made offers even if she didn’t agree with the offer we placed she would place is and wait while reassuring us that it would happen.
When we sold our home she did all the staging, was patient with our constant phone calls and helpful when we would get angry or cry.
Our home sold in about a months time.
We were now looking at getting our new home and stuck because we couldn’t find one we wanted.
Flopping a low ball offer on a house, Janet was loving and understanding when they accepted and we weren’t sure.
She helped us to remain calm, was still willing to show us more properties ( even though she didn’t agree with it) and supported us the whole way.
Fast forward to move in day nothing being ready and she took a mop and bucket herself to clean the house out for us as it was in bad conditions.
Not once did we have to stress over the purchase or sale of our home. Not once did we need to worry our realtor wasn’t answering us.
Janet Olsen goes above and beyond with her services and I can truly say I don’t think we’d ever find a better realtor.
