Carlos is fantastic, my wife and I have bought and sold a few homes now throughout Canada due to our jobs. We have never had a better realtor then Carlos. During our 7 days here to find a home, Carlos was always on time and had all the homes we would look at organized and back history packages ready for us. After offering on a home, we had a bit of a hiccup with the other realtor, Carlos dealt with the issue and fought for what was right and ensured we got what we needed and deserved. We then a year later had to sell the home And move to a new one. So Janet helped us purchase a new home and sell the home that we were living in. She was very patient with us when buying our first home, walked us through everything and told us what it would be like. Then she was helpful when we made offers even if she didn’t agree with the offer we placed she would place is and wait while reassuring us that it would happen. When we sold our home she did all the staging, was patient with our constant phone calls and helpful when we would get angry or cry. Our home sold in about a months time. We were now looking at getting our new home and stuck because we couldn’t find one we wanted. Flopping a low ball offer on a house, Janet was loving and understanding when they accepted and we weren’t sure. She helped us to remain calm, was still willing to show us more properties ( even though she didn’t agree with it) and supported us the whole way. Fast forward to move in day nothing being ready and she took a mop and bucket herself to clean the house out for us as it was in bad conditions. Not once did we have to stress over the purchase or sale of our home. Not once did we need to worry our realtor wasn’t answering us. We had a really tough job for him, that was to sell a condo in Edmonton during a pandemic. It took a while but Jason was patient and always gave great advice. We recently sold our house in Edmonton, snd purchased an acerage North or Stony Plain. We found Janet on-line, she was quick to reply via email that we were looking for a realtor. We started looking at Acerages with Janet in April, we have been looking at acerages all over, from Westlock area, Wetaskiwin County, Thorsby and as far west as Wabamun Lake. We looked at close to 20 acerages between April until late July when we finally found what we were looking for. Many kms were put on between us and Janet, seen lots of the Edmonton area that none of us have seen before. Janet was also very helpful when dealing with the ins and outs of selling our old house and purchasing our new property. Kudos to her assistant Lisa and Will, as they also help out a ton when Janet was in the hospital for a bit when we were finalizing the sale of our Edmonton home and our new place mid August. My situation was that we had sold our home privately and at the 11th hour the deal fell through. So, now we were in a bit of a pickle, fortunately, Jason came to the rescue. With his sage advice, we were able to prepare our property to list in short order. Jason and his photographer scheduled a photoshoot. When we saw the listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really shone. The listing looked amazing. The day of listing we had 1 viewing, which resulted in an offer the next morning. We had already received requests for more viewings the second day. So, we waited to accept the offer until after the other viewings. We had multiple offers, and we accepted one offer slightly above our listed price. Our house sold 2 days after listing. Jason also helped us with finding a real estate lawyer; who was exceptional as well. Jason is incredibly friendly and helpful, and he walked us through every step of the process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. If you need a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Jason. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.
